Ann Marie & Josh
APRN, CNP and RN

Ann Marie Karspeck, APRN, CNP, and Josh Finkelstein, RN, are the passionate and experienced owners of Advanced Practice Aesthetics. Josh has been a Registered Nurse since 2015, with experience in withdrawal management detox services, home healthcare, and an adolescent residential psych unit. Ann Marie has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2018, having worked in hospice, telephonic triage, pediatric home care, oncology, family practice at Mayo Clinic, and urgent care.

For the past five years, they have dedicated themselves to helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out. Ann Marie and Josh take pride in really getting to know and bond with their clients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

When they aren't working, Ann Marie and Josh enjoy spending time with their 2 kids and other close family members, and travelling the country.

Kendra
RN

Kendra is an R.N. with 13 years of experience and has a Bachelors of Science degree. Her experience spans across the healthcare field as she has worked in the ER, IV therapy, hospice and more.

Kendra’s career experience has led her to aesthetics where she is passionate about preventative care and helping people see their best selves. Her experience with trauma plastics is what led her to aesthetics.

Kendra’s hobbies include paddle boarding, riding motorcycles and spending time with family.

Caylla
RN

Caylla is an RN and holds a Bachelors of Science and Nursing degree with 16+ years of experience. Her experience in the healthcare field includes critical care, oncology, hospice, and short term care with rehabilitation services.

Caylla’s desire to help people feel beautiful inside and out led her into the aesthetic industry. The rewards that come with helping people enhance their natural beauty and educating them on maintaining the skin and anatomy has become something she is passionate about.

Caylla spends most of her free time watching sports and having game nights with her friends and her adult children. She loves to travel abroad and embraces all the ethnicities and cultures the world has to offer.

Yelena
RN

Yelena is a registered nurse and a licensed chiropractor with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has a strong orthopedics, emergency medicine, and holistic health background. Yelena is passionate about women’s health - focusing on anti-aging regimens such as skincare, nutrition, and hormone balance.

Her goal is to provide individualized care and empower her clients to feel and look their best while maintaining their natural beauty and uniqueness.

When Yelena isn't working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, and spending time with her family.

Abby
Advanced Practice Esthetician

Abby holds an Advanced Practice Esthetician and an Advanced Practice Esthetician Salon Manager license. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and loves her career!

Abby joined the esthetics field after struggling with acne/skincare herself. Throughout taking care of her skin, she found a love for helping others do the same. She is very results driven and loves seeing the progression through all of her clients! Abby's favorite treatment would most definitely have to be dermaplaning but chemical peels are a close second!

Abby spends most of her free time keeping up with reality tv shows and traveling when she can. She also enjoys picking up new crafts like clay, crocheting, and painting.

Elizabeth
Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth is our friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant. With over 10 years of customer service experience, she is the voice you'll hear when you call, the expert who books your appointments, and the smiling face that greets you when you arrive.

Passionate about the aesthetics industry, Elizabeth ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her two sons.
