Ann Marie & Josh
APRN, CNP and RN, BSN

Ann Marie Karspeck, APRN, CNP, and Josh Finkelstein, RN, BSN are the passionate and experienced owners of Advanced Practice Aesthetics. Josh has been a Registered Nurse since 2015, with experience in withdrawal management detox services, home healthcare, and an adolescent residential psych unit. Ann Marie has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2018, having worked in hospice, telephonic triage, pediatric home care, oncology, family practice at Mayo Clinic, and urgent care.

For the past five years, they have dedicated themselves to helping people feel better about themselves, inside and out. Ann Marie and Josh take pride in really getting to know and bond with their clients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

When they aren't working, Ann Marie and Josh enjoy spending time with their 2 kids and other close family members, and travelling the country.

Caylla
RN, BSN

Caylla is an RN and holds a Bachelors of Science and Nursing degree with 16+ years of experience. Her experience in the healthcare field includes critical care, oncology, hospice, and short term care with rehabilitation services.

Caylla’s desire to help people feel beautiful inside and out led her into the aesthetic industry. The rewards that come with helping people enhance their natural beauty and educating them on maintaining the skin and anatomy has become something she is passionate about.

Caylla spends most of her free time watching sports and having game nights with her friends and her adult children. She loves to travel abroad and embraces all the ethnicities and cultures the world has to offer.

Ally
RN, BSN

Ally is a Registered Nurse with 3+ years of experience in the NICU. She holds a bachelor's degree in both Nursing and Business Leadership.

Ally has found her passion for health care expanding into the world of aesthetic nursing. Drawn to the art of enhancing natural beauty and boosting self-confidence, she has been able to blend medical expertise with an eye for detail and creativity.

Ally spends her free time up north with family and friends, crafting, working out, and traveling!

Cassandra
Esthetician

Cassandra is a skilled Esthetician and earned her license from the prestigious Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant!

Some of her favorite services to perform are facials, eyelash extensions, and waxing.

When she's not at work, Cassandra is a devoted wife and full-time mother who loves spending quality time with her family.

Elizabeth
Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth is our friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant. With over 10 years of customer service experience, she is the voice you'll hear when you call, the expert who books your appointments, and the smiling face that greets you when you arrive.

Passionate about the aesthetics industry, Elizabeth ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her two sons.

William
Customer Service Rep

William is a Colorado native and proud graduate of Colorado State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications. He has dedicated over a decade to serving his community, currently as the Mayor of Berthoud for the past eight years, following four years as a Trustee.

William is the founder of the Berthoud Marketplace and is currently expanding his skills through a course in AI coding. A strong advocate for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), he believes in empowering others to live healthier, more balanced lives

Outside of work, William enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with his loyal dog, Pete.
